first i want to ask you some questions：

1、 do you know what is youth？

2、 how do you master your youth？

youth

youth is not a time of life，it is a state of mind；it is not rosy cheeks，red lips and supple knees，it is a matter of the emotions：it is the freshne；it is the freshneof the deep springs of life .

youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite，for adventure over the love of ease. this often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . nobody grows old merely by a number of years . we grow old by deserting our ideals.

years wrinkle the skin，but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . worry，fear，self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

whether 60 of 16，there is in every human being＇s heart the lure of wonders，the unfailing childlike appetite of what＇s next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart there＇s a wirelestation：so long as it receives messages of beauty，hope，cheer，courage and power from men and from the infinite，so long as you are young .

when the aerials are down，and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism，then you are grown old，even at 20，but as long as your aerials are up，to catch waves of optimism，there is hope you may die young at 80.

it’s noticable that western holidays are becoming increasingly popular day by day, while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected. not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays ,because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture.

frankly speaking, i don’t quite agree with them.indeed, we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions.

but why can’t we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture.

there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china. on the one hand, some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful, such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc. on the other hand,the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china. overwhelmed by such a trend,chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture.

with the further development of the whole world, the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important. we are indeed from different nations, but we are the citizens of the same world, so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the earth.the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no. what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture. only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture.

he enterde the music indestry at the year 2004 , before that year ,he was only a boy who wrote songs for many super stars ,his songs were liked by many people but no one care who was the writer . he was noly hard to write songs because he like music ,he thought music has it soal , if you sing it by heart , it well be lived .

i like a song of him , it's name is cries in a distance , the song tells us ,nothing is sad if we belive the hope . he has many difficulty , but his song says , cries in a distance , can't stop the tremble , i'm just waiting my turn , hiding will never , save me forever , the guns gonne get me for sure . dear god i pray why won't you be my friend , come to me and take my hand ,like mama would say everything will be ok.

首先我感谢同事一直以来对我的信任和支持，同时给我这个机会来参加本次教师岗位竞聘的演讲。我不会用漂亮的诗句来讴歌我的职业, 我也不会用深邃的思想来写就个人的价值。因为我就是一名普普通通的幼儿教师，一名热爱孩子，热爱岗位的幼儿教师。在我通过了育婴师教育资格的培训，目前大专在读，教师资格考试顺利通过。回首过去的日子，我一直担任着班的生活英语老师，今天我竞聘的岗位是生活英语组组长。我之所以竞聘这个岗位，是因为我具有以下的几个优势：

一、我有一颗热爱教育事业的心：我明白教师的苦与累、平凡与无私。我们有的只是生活的忙碌，肩头沉甸甸的责任。

但我无悔于自己的选择！我深深爱着教师这一行，用我的汗水，用我的智慧，用我这颗跳动的火热的心！面对着一群天真可爱的孩子，我揣摩着、尝试着，与他们真诚的交流着，让我们用爱托起明天的太阳。

二、我有较为扎实的实践知识：自参加工作以来，我始终不忘学习，勤钻研，善思考，多研究，重反思，敢挑战，不断地丰富自己、提高自己。由此坚信我对生活英语组组长的教学工作是完全能够胜任的'。

四、我具有奉献精神：如只要园内有事，我能自觉地留下来加班，同事有事或有困难时我也能及时顶上，并有质量地完成各项工作任务。服从大局，服从领导的安排。

如果我能够通过竞争上岗，我打算从以下几个方面改进自己的教学工作，提高自己的教学水平。

1、更加科学规范地做好日常班级管理工作根据实际情况，在适合幼儿年龄特点的前提下，应认真落实各项教学常规工作及做好保教工作，解决家长的后顾之优。

2、根据自身的教学长处将足健及科学认读落实到幼儿的各项活动中，设计并开展丰富的一系列实践活动，突显震幼园本课程特色。

3、加强个人修养，练好基本功。加强自己的工作能力和工作艺术，顾全大局，维护幼儿园良好形象，努力调动孩子们主动发展，努力提高自己的业务能力。

六、如果我能够通过竞争上岗，我会做到：

1、负责本级部各项工作的组织和实施。协调好班组之间的关系，团结全组成员努力开展保教工作。

2、以身作则，在全组树立正气，独立有创意的开展班组工作。

3、及时与本组各班教师保育员交流沟通，发现需求和问题及时向园领导反映，积极提出研究建议。

4、在工作需要时协调组内人员的工作安排及同事关系，协助园长做好组内人员的思想工作，确保教育教学工作的顺利完成。

5、组织本组及各班积极主动利用社区、家庭教育资源，做好家园一致教育。

6、及时准确下达园务精神，按时完成幼儿园的各项工作。领导、老师们，我有信心、有决心做好苗班班主任及小班配班的教育工作，我将用左肩担着爱我的孩子，用我的右肩担着我爱的幼儿园，执着坚韧地挑起我深爱的老师这一行，为震幼的明天献出自己的一点光和热。
